I- Iterative
O- Ongoing
N- Nothing

Fashion Show is a media or a platform to know the new fashion trends which are upcoming. Also we got to know the upcoming style with these activity.

It gives the information about current launching products in the market. It is generally on Cosmetics and Cloth. It is also way to advertise their product in the market. The celebrity for the products are taken from bollywood actor or actress follow. Or it may vary from company to company what they want to advertise. Also Highlighted persons are generally selected by the company so that they can convience the audience and can have impact on the people. In the fashion show the product are shown to a big audience at the stage. It is generally organised in urban ares like Big Towns, multiplexes, colleges etc .It is learned by Western country. It was not in India earlier. But as the Country developing is stage it is following other country also.

Lot of celebrity are there for different brand.Fashion is a craze among youngsters. Like You can take an example of Dhoni Hair cut. You can have a lot of examples of Brand Ambassador. Amitabh is the Brand ambessodar of Reid and Tailor. These all are the way only to earn money for the celebrity. Usually Fans are use to follow the fashion of there celebrity. So many fans of Dhoni use to follow his hair style now a days. I never follow fashion i always prefer something which is comfortable to me.

Also generally vulgarity is shown in fashion show then it is harmfull to perceive. It leaves negative impact on youth as they try to follow these in their life . In a country like India generally girls are not allowed to follow western culture. Our society does not allow this where generally everyone is attached to their family.

Instead of having lot of advantages the big negative aspect of it is that it is nothing but only the huge wastage of money .It is really good for high society. But if we think of the money spent on these type of activities then we come on conclusion that It should be remove to a little extent . These money should spent on development of the poor society . We can think that instead of wasting lot of money on these type of events Government or company can help poor a lot.

My Experience on GD

What is GD.
Group Discussion. A Group Discussion is necessary on any Ground. So A Group Discussion should have lot of advantages.
1. Its a very good platform to share our ideas. To express a view on given caption.
2. It is a way to Exchanging ur ideas among others. How You exchange ur ideas among others.
3. The main aim of GD is to focus on the given caption.Either u can support it or oppose it.
4. You can keep all ur points and note it down and apply all of these one by one.
5. Give a Chance to all individual.
6. All the individual should have positive and dynamic views so that they can be change handle
the others view also if needed.
7. Discussion should be constructive. The Discussion should not go beyond the topic. And all
the points should be arranged properly.
8. You should have a good listening power so that u can better understand others point and
accordingly keep ur points.
9. You should have convincing power so that ur point should be more clear and more effective.
10. Keeping quite is not fine in GD.

It is very advantageous from technical view .But its an nightmare for me. Why because i Got very nervous while speaking in GD. Others were more Assertive in GD. How to improve it i don't know. I never got an instruction how to improve it.
Today I had GD caption "Breakups Pain or Opportunity". Instead of having some points with me,I was not able to express my ideas finely. Because of my nervousness i got stuck there. Still i spoke 2 points but at the last of discussion. Comment by Madam depressed me again. I think that i can never learn English and GD. But I have to improve my English. I will try to do my best next time.

Importance Of Examination

Examination is an essential part of Study. Its the tool to judge the intelligence of the student. You will face an examination every time any part of your life. For Example Every new situation a person faces like an exam for them. A child faces it in his school. A teanager faces it in his college. A graduate faces it in college and university and so on......For job and competetion each time we have to face exams.

It has so many types. It may be verbal , nonverval, Interview, written e.t.c. Every process is required to choose the best candidate among all the candidate appearing the exam. Selecting the students from all is done by the help of examination. Examination is the parameter to measure the efficiency is difficult situation. Judgement is done by examination. For example :checks the ability of particular all student which they are taught through out the whole year in the course.

The special and first ever exam i have seen in NCST is MGPA and MGPT. It is really a unique. It has a great value all over the India. Because its an unique and single exam where machine is checking the solution or do evaluation.

MGPT stands for Machine Graded Programming Test. In this test the student is given 90 minutes to solve either of two problem on paper. After that they have given 90 mints on the machine. It is not simpler the environment is totally different. This environment is called as "Parikshak".We have given only certain commands on which we have to operate. Its on the unix SSH security shell. Its very dificult to face .The machine timing and calculation are fixed. Machine gives certain set of inputs and check the program on that input. If it satisfies then it give "y"or it gives "x"for wrong output. First MGPA i found it very nurvous then now i feel comfortable with that.

Relation between Pen,Book and Library

BPL- Best People Lighsticks
or
BOOK PEN LIBRARY

Pen-Instrument used for expressing your ideas. Its a identity of the student.
Library-Stroing place to gather .Provide platform to exhibit the books.
Books-Store house of the Books i.e.Knowledge /Ideas/Thoughts.

Pen is a thing that has the importance in everyone's life. A Person specially student without pen is like "Body without life".It is a sword for student ,author. U can every time realise the importance of pen.We cannt do a single work without using pen. For example we have a huge proof. Pen played a great role in Indian Independence. As patriot used this sword to aware the people of Our country who were initially unaware of all the cruelity done by British Government.

Book is first written by the writer or autor through pen. The pen becomes the tool using which the author their ideas on the paper. Later it is refined and converted into book.
A student is nothing without pen and Book. We can find numerous of books on the numerous topics. We cannt count the number of books on a single subject. books like magazine awares people on daily news and updates. And its a store house of information.

Library consists of variety of books. The building block of the library is book. Book is the heart of library. In NCST CDAC,Bangalore we can find about 2000 book. A library is a collection of information, sources, resources and services, organized for use, and maintained by a public body, an institution, or a private individual. In the more traditional sense, it means a collection of books. However, with the collection of media other than books for storing information, many libraries are now also repositories and access points for maps, prints or other documents and artworks on various storage media such as microfilm, microfiche, audio tapes, CDs, LPs, cassettes, video tapes and DVDs, and provide public facilities to access CD-ROM and subscription databases and the Internet.

Story Of the Thirsty Crow

It is the Story of a Crow. This story have much importance that's why i would like to describe it.
It was an hot summer day. A Crow came flying over a long distance and ....it came over a forest. It was tired. It felt like taking some water. It saw a tree... and then it flapped down and sat on the tree-twig. It then started thinking......what to do....what to do.....and in the meanwhile it happened to see an urthen pot. It was lying on the ground by the tree. Its eyes glew up in happiness. It thought the pitcher must be having some water in it. Again it flapped down and then sat on the mouth edge of the pitcher. Then it peeped into it. It saw the water level was too low . It tired to drink water with its beak....but it ..it was too short to get to the water level ...then it thought upon on idea seeing some pebbles laying round the pitcher... it started picking them up and put them into the pitcher ...one by one ... the water levels comes upto the neck of the pitcher .......it drunk and flew away happily.
It shows the patience and hard work learning which every one should follow.Like our exam MGPT. If we will think its too hard then we will fear to qualify it.But if we do hard work on practicing programming we can qualify it and having positive attitude that nothing is impossible in this world.
Its your Attitude and Aptitude which decides your Altitude.

The Red Fort

Red Fort
The largest of old Delhi's monuments is the Lal Quila, or the Red Fort, the thick red sandstone walls of which, bulging with turrets and bastions, have withstood the vagaries of time, and nature. The Red Fort was the palace for Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan's new capital, Shahjahanabad, the seventh Muslim city in the Delhi site. He moved his capital from Agra in a move designed to bring prestige to his reign, and to provide ample opportunity to apply his ambitious building schemes and interests. The Red Fort stands at the eastern edge of Shahjahanabad, and gets its name from the massive wall of red sandstone that defines its four sides. The wall is 1.5 miles (2.5 km) long, and varies in height from 60ft (16m) on the river side to 110 ft (33 m) towards the city. Measurements have shown that the plan was generated using a square grid of 82 m.

General view of the complex
The On 11 March 1783, Sikhs entered Red Fort in Delhi and occupied the Diwan-i-Am. The Red Fort was conceived as a whole, and subsequent modifications have not taken away from the overall unity of the scheme. In the 18th century, however, occupiers and looters damaged some sections of the palace.

CHOCOLATE

Chocolate, the first thing came into my mind that yammy.....
Really i am crazy of chocolates like a child. I think every person likes it except few .

Much of the chocolate consumed today is made into bars that combine cocoa solids, fats like cocoa butter, and sugar. Chocolate has become one of the most popular flavours in the world. Chocolate lovers are known as "chocoholics." Gifts of foiled wrapped chocolate molded into different shapes has become traditional on certain holidays: chocolate bunnies and eggs are popular on Easter, coins on Hanukkah, Santa Claus and other holiday symbols on Christmas, and hearts on Valentine's Day. Chocolate is also used in cold and hot beverages, to produce chocolate milk and cocoa.

It comprises a number of raw and processed foods that are produced from the seed of the tropical cacao tree. Native to lowland tropical South American, cacao has been cultivated for three millennia in Central American and Mexico, with its earliest documented used around 1100 BC. The seeds of the cacao tree have an intense bitter taste, and must be fermented to develop the flavor. After being roasted and ground, the resulting products are known as chocolate or cocoa.
Chocolate contains alkaloids such as theobromine and phenethylamine, which have physiological effects on the body. It has been linked to serotonin levels in the brain. Scientists claim that chocolate, eaten in moderation, can lower blood pressure.
